KELVIN OMORI’s interest in real estate started early. Growing up, he watched his parents manage multiple long-term rental properties and often lent a hand with repairs, painting, and prepping units between tenants. Those hands-on experiences sparked a lasting passion and shaped his approach to business and management.

In 2022, at age 29, Kelvin purchased his first investment property and stepped into the world of short-term rentals with Airbnb. What began as a side hustle gradually evolved into a full-time pursuit, driven by a love for design, hospitality, and optimizing systems. He dove into learning, embraced new technologies, and refined his hosting approach with every stay.

By 2024, he officially launched KoziNest Rentals, a growing property management company that now looks after six fully furnished homes across Ontario. Today, Kelvin is a Premier Host on Vrbo and is on track to become an Airbnb Superhost.

Drawing from his background in filmmaking, Kelvin also brings a creative eye and mindset to the KoziNest brand. With a focus on comfort, class, and consistency, he is committed to offering standout stays and simple, stress-free service for both guests and homeowners.
